Hiba is currently the Director of Operations at Africa Climate Solutions where she oversees the project portfolio, business development and office management. She successfully led projects in sustainable agriculture, circular economy, renewable energy, environmental impact, energy efficiency, and waste management for clients such as IFC, UNEP, OCP, and EBRD. Hiba also acts as the deputy lead engineer for technical assistance for Green Economy Financing Facility and a senior engineer on the Green Value Chain financing facility.  Over the years, she has developed expertise in Energy ecosystems and value chains, is very concerned with the gender issues and the market potential for the development of green value chains.
