oussef Amrani, né le 23 septembre 1953 à Tanger, est un diplomate et homme politique marocain. Il  a occupé  la fonction de Ministre Délégué aux Affaires Étrangères et à la Coopération, actuellement il est chargé de Mission au Cabinet Royal. Il est licencié en sciences économiques de l’Université Mohammed V de Rabat (1978) et diplômé en management de l’Institut de Management de l’Université de Boston (Boston University School of Management). Youssef Amrani a intégré le Ministère des Affaires Étrangères et de la Coopération en 1978 en qualité de Secrétaire des Affaires Étrangères.
