L'Intelligence artificielle a profondément perturbé le droit de la concurrence, appelant à une révision des cadres réglementaires pour garantir des marchés concurrentiels et protéger les consommateurs. En mai 2024, l'OCDE a publié un rapport soulignant le potentiel transformateur de l'IA et les risques pour la concurrence, tels que les barrières à l'accès aux données et à la puissance de calcul. Les enjeux de transparence des algorithmes, de responsabilité des acteurs et de prévention des abus de position dominante nécessitent donc une adaptation du droit de la concurrence. Nous accueillons dans cet épisode Professeur Raja Bensaoud, spécialiste en droit des affaires et droit numérique, pour discuter de ce sujet.
