Nusrat Farooq is currently Technology and Programs Associate at Global Internet Forum to Counterterrorism (GIFCT) in Washington DC, United States. She is an engineer turned investigative researcher and practitioner with six years of work experience in diverse fields such as academia, think tanks, development, human rights and conflict mediation organizations both in India and the United States.
