oussef Amrani, né le 23 septembre 1953 à Tanger, est un diplomate et homme politique marocain. Il  a occupé  la fonction de Ministre Délégué aux Affaires Étrangères et à la Coopération, actuellement il est chargé de Mission au Cabinet Royal. Il est licencié en sciences économiques de l’Université Mohammed V de Rabat (1978) et diplômé en management de l’Institut de Management de l’Université de Boston (Boston University School of Management). Youssef Amrani a intégré le Ministère des Affaires Étrangères et de la Coopération en 1978 en qualité de Secrétaire des Affaires Étrangères. Gratien Maire occupe depuis le 15 février 2014 la fonction de major général des armées. Ce général de brigade aérienne a commandé l'École des officiers de l'armée de l'air de Salon-de-Provence de 2006 à 2008. Ingénieur de l'École de l'air, il est pilote de chasse en 1981. Commandant de l'escadron Normandie-Niemen et commandant de l'École de chasse, il est ensuite stagiaire à l'École de guerre aérienne de l'US Air Force. Il a dirigé le bureau relations internationales à l'état-major de l'Armée de l'air. Gratien Maire a ensuite occupé les fonctions d'attaché de défense auprès de l'ambassade de France au Canada.
