La sous-région d’Afrique australe fait face, à l’aune de la crise sanitaire et socio-économique provoquée par la pandémie de coronavirus, à une situation de forte incertitude. L’émergence de nouvelles menaces d’ordre sécuritaire et sanitaire constitue un véritable risque d’instabilité pour l’ensemble des états de la sous-région australe. Victor Magnani, coordonnateur de l’Observatoire Afrique centrale et australe de l’Institut français des relations internationales, nous livre dans ce podcast son analyse quant à la capacité des états de la sous-région à répondre à ces défis et à coordonner leurs actions dans le cadre de la SADC.
