تم تقديم إطلاق مبادرة جماعية لتطوير شراكات جديدة من أجل انتقال عادل للطاقة في إفريقيا خلال القمة بين الاتحاد الأوروبي والاتحاد الإفريقي. فما هي المبادرات المبرمجة بين الاتحاد الأوروبي و إفريقيا في مجال التحول الطاقي؟  ما هي أولويات كل من القارتين وهل هناك تقارب أم تباعد في الأولويات؟  ماذا تعني ضريبة الكربون على حدود الاتحاد الأوروبي بالنسبة لإفريقيا؟ ما هي التحديات التي تواجهها إفريقيا في مجال التحول الطاقي؟ و كيف يمكن تحقيق التعاون بين القارتين لتجاوز هذه الصعوبات؟ في هذه الحلقة نتطلع مع الخبيرة عفاف زرقيق على الأجندة الطاقية للشراكة الأوروبية الإفريقية
