Inondations, érosion côtière, cyclones, et montée des eaux : les risques naturels menacent l'équilibre fragile de ces régions. Pour en comprendre les causes et explorer les solutions d'adaptation, nous interrogeons Docteur Naima Hamoumi, professeure et experte en océanographie, qui nous a éclairé sur les enjeux de sécurité des espaces maritimes de l’Afrique atlantique lors de notre dernière conférence sur le sujet.
