Key topics on the agenda include the operationalization of the Loss and Damage Fund, the complexities of Article 6, and the human dimension of climate change, particularly migration and displacement. With a strong focus on finance, COP29 aims to scale up financial commitments and bridge gaps in resources and equity, setting the stage for more effective global climate action.
