Avant cela, il a occupé plusieurs postes, notamment Membre de la Haute Cour de Justice sénégalaise, Membre du bureau de l’Assemblée Nationale et Député à l’Assemblée Nationale du Sénégal. M. Zator Mbaye est titulaire d’un diplôme spécial en visite médicale dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
