لقد شهد الذكاء الاصطناعي، محرك الإبداع بلا منازع، تطورات كبيرة، في حين أثار مخاوف متزايدة بشأن الإشراف عليه وتنظيمه. وفي سنة 2023، كانت مختلف الجهات الفاعلة الدولية تركز على تطوير الإطار القانوني والمبادئ التوجيهية لتوجيه مستقبل هذه التكنولوجيا الناشئة
 
سنحاول في هذه الحلقة أن نستعرض أهم التطورات الرئيسية التي طرأت في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي في عام 2023، وكدى أبرز المبادرات التي اتخدتها المنظمات الدولية والدول والجهات الفاعلة الخاصة، بحثًا عن فهم أعمق للقضايا والتحديات التي تشكل مشهد الذكاء الاصطناعي في عصرنا الحالي رفقت ضيفنا، رجاء بنسعود، استاذة جامعية وخبيرة في القانون الرقمي

Senior Economist
Afaf Zarkik is an economist at the Policy Center for the New South and a graduate in energy strategies from Ecole des Mines de Paris. Among her areas of research and reflection: energy commodities monitoring and energy transition and sustainable development policies analysis. Before joining the Policy Center, A. Zarkik was an analyst in oil and gas mergers and acquisitions, a venture capital analyst in a cleantech fund, and a senior analyst in asset management.
