This event featured a presentation by David Sylvan, Affiliate Professor at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and an expert in US foreign policy and political analysis. Professor Sylvan, whose academic career included appointments at institutions such as the Geneva Graduate Institute and the University of Oxford, explored the role of emotions in shaping voter behavior during the 2024 US election, focusing on strategies aimed at heightening anger, fear, and hope.
