New Technologies can have, and already is having, a profound impact on our society. However, the new technologies can also be used to malicious ends or have unintended negative consequences. In this context, AI techologies embodies this duality perhaps more than any other emerging technology today. Thus, any exploration of the use of AI technologies must always go hand-in-hand with efforts to avoid any form of legal abuse. In this podcast, Abdessalam Jaldi, Senior International Relations Specialist at the PCNS engages in a conversation with Renée Cummings, AI ethicist at The School of Data Science - University of Virginia.
