Azzeddine Azzam is Judith and Roy Frederick professor of agricultural economics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA. Azzeddine has broad research and teaching interests including empirical industrial organization, applied microeconomics, agricultural and natural resource economics, mathematical and quantitative methods. More recently, he has developed research interest in local food economics and the environmental and health consequences of dietary choices. Azzam taught applied microeconomics as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University and empirical industrial organization as a Fulbright Scholar at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
