يخصص مركز السياسات من أجل الجنوب الجديد برنامجه الأسبوعي "حديث الثلاثاء" لتحليل موقع المرأة في المشهد السياسي بعد نتائج استحقاقات 2021 مع السيدة وفاء حجي، منسقة ائتلاف "المناصفة دابا". يواصل المشرع المغربي تعزيز حضور المرأة في الهيئات المنتخبة، وذلك من خلال سن مقتضيات في القوانين التنظيمية المؤطرة للمنظومة الانتخابية بهدف تشجيع تكافؤ الفرص بين النساء والرجال في ولوج المهام الانتخابية بالرفع من مستوى التمثيل النسائي بالهيئات المنتخبة. ولم يشمل تعزيز التمثيلية النسائية مجلس النواب فحسب، بل عمل المشرع على توسيع الحضور النسائي ليشمل مجالس الجماعات الترابية من خلال مقتضيات القانون التنظيمي المتعلق بانتخاب أعضاء مجالس الجماعات الترابية، التي تضمنت تعديلات أساسية تتعلق بدعم التمثيلية النسوية في هذه المجالس وكذا في المجالس الجماعية، علاوة على إدخال تحسينات أخرى تهم انتخاب أعضاء المجالس الجماعية. هل التعديلات التي عرفتها القوانين الانتخابية ساهمت فعليا وبشكل كاف في تشجيع النساء على الانخراط في الحياة السياسية؟ أي قراءة يمكن استخراجها من خلال نتائج الانتخابات التشريعية والمحلية لسنة 2021؟ إلى إي مدى يمكن الاستمرار في اعتماد المحاصصة كمقاربة انتقالية متعلقة بتمثيل المرأة؟ هل توسيع مشاركة النساء مع ضمان تمثيليتهن مقرون دائما بهاته المقاربات الانتخابية؟ أم هل أجدر إضفاء مقاربة النوع بشكل شامل لضمان مشاركة المرأة بناء على قدراتها بغض النظر عن اللوائح المخصصة لها في المواعيد الانتخابية؟ هل ثقافة المساواة والمناصفة حاضرة داخل الاحزاب السياسية بما فيها القيادات الحزبية بمكاتبها السياسية؟ هل الاحزاب اليسارية اكثر انفتاحا عن باقيها مما يتعلق بهذه المسألة؟ في ظل التحولات الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية التي يشهدها المغرب، أي دور ريادي يمكن أن تؤديه المرأة بجانب الرجل في مجتمع ما زال يتحفظ من دورها القيادي والسياسي؟ ثم ماذا عن النساء في وضعية الهشاشة خاصة في العالم القروي اللواتي لا تتمتعن ربما حتى بحقوقهن الأساسية؟ 30 دقيقة: موقع المرأة في المشهد السياسي بعد نتائج استحقاقات 2021 تسيير: إيمان لهريش، مسؤولة عن المشاريع بمركز السياسات من أجل الجنوب الجديد المتدخل: وفاء حجي، منسقة ائتلاف "المناصفة دابا"

Imane Lahrich is the Head of Research Valorization Department, having previously served as a Partnerships & Research Support Officer at the Policy Center for the New South since 2019. She mainly worked on security-development related projects. She has experience as a Project Manager in a Strategic Intelligence firm (2017-2019) and as a research consultant in the MENA region, focusing on international development and the Rule of Law. Imane Lahrich holds a Master's in Political Studies and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Mohammed V University of Rabat.
