Marco, a 35-year-old Ecuadorian entrepreneur and MBA professor, boasts an impressive portfolio of social and for-profit ventures. He co-founded Megamobilier, a furniture manufacturer offering entrepreneurial opportunities. Additionally, he established the Misión Ecuador Foundation, which has raised $1.5 million and awarded 950 fellowships to Ecuadorian entrepreneurs. Co-founder of Aclademy.com, an inclusive EdTech startup aiming to transform Latin-American education. His achievements have garnered international recognition, including selection for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) by the White House and the U.S. Department of State in 2016. He received the Chevening Scholarship from the FCDO of the United Kingdom in 2019 for an MSc. In Political Economy at King’s College London, and in 2022, he was chosen for the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program (GCL) at Georgetown University.
