Laura Reyna is a recognized leader in technology policy and a social entrepreneur committed to positive change. Equipped with a degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Monterrey, a Master's in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration, she possesses a strong academic foundation. As the Founder of PuenTech, a Technology and Public Policy Lab, she delves into the socioeconomic implications of technological advancements through research, consulting, and a gender lens. Currently, she holds the position of Public Affairs Manager for TikTok in Latin America, where she demonstrates her skills in management, partnership building, and storytelling. As someone who grew up on the Mexico-United States border, she is driven to advance technology for all and promote sustainable projects for societal benefit, aspiring to create a global impact.
