Estibaliz Luengo first worked in the internationalization department of the Bilbao City Council as a technician and is now the director of the internationalization department of the public entity named Bilbao Ekintza. She also manages international programs and projects aimed at the internationalization of the municipality and the generation of wealth in Bilbao and the region, including the organization and management of international institutional and professional delegations visiting the city.
Prior to this position, Estibaliz served for five years as the export manager of an Electro Medical Equipment manufacturing company. Previously, she worked as a market analyst in the Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Paris. Estibaliz studied law at the University of Deusto and has a master’s degree in international trade and business internationalization.
