Brooks Marmon is an accountability architect with Accountability Lab, where he supports innovative programs to bolster accountability in Monrovia, Liberia.
Prior to this, he was a program specialist with the American Council on Education, where he managed a diverse portfolio of international higher education partnerships in North Africa, South Asia, and the Caribbean. He led the implementation of a workshop series for emerging African scholars under the auspices of the American Political Science Association, served with the U.S. Peace Corps in Niger, and founded the first blog dedicated to covering African affairs in the U.S. capital. Marmon holds a master’s degree in Atlantic history from Clark University.
