Asmae El Hajji

Dr. Asmae El Hajji is the Program Director at the Moroccan Institute of Leadership and an Affiliate Professor at the Career Center of UM6P. Since 2015, she has been actively engaged in leadership development and capacity building, designing and implementing training programs and curricula for international organizations. She is a certified facilitator of Soliya’s international dialogue program and has served as President of the Tariq Ibnou Ziad Association, an NGO promoting youth political participation. Currently, she is a board member of Mentor'Elle, supporting professional mentorship for women in Morocco. Dr. El Hajji is also an alumna of the U.S. State Department’s Professional Fellows Program, where she completed her fellowship at the office of Congressman Jim McGovern in Massachusetts.

Beyond her professional career, she is passionate about competitive sailing, a sport she discovered at the ports of Mohammedia and the renowned Glénans School. A national champion in her youth, she continues to practice sailing, which fuels her commitment to leadership and lifelong learning. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Cadi Ayyad University and an Executive Master’s in Collective Intelligence.
