Dr. Karim El Aynaoui, Executive President of the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), will take part in a prestigious panel discussion during the 10th edition of the Rome MED conference. The session, titled "MED 2024 Panel: Building Bridges – From India to the Mediterranean, IMEC and Beyond," is scheduled to take place on 25 November 2024 at 11:30 (Rome Time).

Organized by ISPI in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Rome MED serves as a global platform for high-level dialogue among leaders from governments, civil society, academia, media, and business. It addresses pressing issues affecting the broader Mediterranean region and fosters collaborative solutions for sustainable development and security.

Karim El Aynaoui
Executive President
Karim El Aynaoui is Executive President of the Policy Center for the New South. He is also Executive Vice-President of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and Dean of its Humanities, Economics and Social Sciences Cluster.   Karim El Aynaoui is an economist. From 2005 to 2012, he worked at the Central Bank of Morocco where he held the position of Director of Economics, Statistics, and International Relations. At the Central Bank of Morocco, he was in charge of the Research Department and equally a member of the Governor’s Cabinet.
