I facilitate social dialogue between government, business, civil society and labour on socio-economic policy and legislation. The design thinking workshop delivered at the ADEL program has made me view social dialogue and policy formulation in an enhanced manner in that I always have the user in mind and apply the methods that we were taught on design thinking. This has also influenced my research topic for my PhD in Public Administration and Management which I recently enrolled for at the beginning of this year. I am grateful to the Policy Center for the new South for the ADEL program which managed to empower me in my career, post graduate studies as well as for personal development
