As a Senior Advisory Consultant, Wadia brings over twenty years of experience in international cooperation, working at the intersection of public affairs, international development, community building, and the Sustainable Development Goals. Wadia has helped establish multi-stakeholder collaborations focused on critical global challenges such as climate change, digital inclusion, mental health, education and skills development, and COVID-19 response and recovery. Wadia served as Head of the Forum of Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum, where he led the Forum’s engagement with leaders and managed a community of over 1,400 members and alumni, including Heads of State, Nobel laureates, CEOs, and entrepreneurs. Prior to that, he was the Head of the Global Shapers Community, which, under his leadership, expanded to more than 500 cities worldwide and positively impacted millions of people through local projects. Wadia is a former United Nations Alliance of Civilizations Fellow, an Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leader, a World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellow, and an Emerging Board Leaders Fellow. He has also received the Tariq Ibn Ziyad Initiative Award. He has been recognized among the "15 under 40" shaping International Geneva and is a featured author on Forbes and the World Economic Forum Agenda.
