Roxy Ndebumadu is a visionary leader and award winning speaker, acclaimed for her groundbreaking work in ethical AI, modernization of government technologies, and assessing the impacts of online harms on consumer behavior. Renowned as an elected-official, angel investor, and technology luminary, she is globally reshaping the landscape of innovation in our fast-paced world. In 2019, Mayor Pro Tem Ndebumadu became the youngest female and first African American woman to be voted and sworn into office as a Councilwoman for City of Bowie, representing District 4 within the State of Maryland. Roxy is also founder and CEO of auderesonder, a software and consulting start-up, reshaping the future of human development through AI and behavioral insights. She serves on many boards and is a Fellow at Aspen Institute and Vital Voices.
