Jessa Coleman is a seasoned director with a decade of experience in public-private partnerships, climate finance, decarbonization, resiliency, and sustainability across three continents. She has demonstrated a strong ability to manage high-stakes projects, foster strategic relationships with key partners, and drive significant financial and environmental impact. During her most recent tenure at Nuveen Green Capital, an affiliate of Nuveen, Jessa led Nuveen Green Capital's investment teams in navigating complex public programs that drove $740M of decarbonization investments by the firm. Her expertise extends to developing ESG impact reporting frameworks and managing complex stakeholder environments and regulatory processes. Prior to her work at Nuveen, Jessa independently consulted for various social enterprises in Europe and Africa. She was also a co-founder and board member of a consulting firm that helped corporations drive their sustainable transition through educational training, B Corp certifications, and impact assessments. She holds a Master in Management and Sustainability from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University.
