حديث الثلاثاء: الرئاسة الفرنسية لمجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي: أهدافها، تجلياتها، وتأثيرها على الشراكة المغربية الأوروبية يخصص مركز السياسات من أجل الجنوب الجديد حلقة برنامجه الأسبوعي "حديث الثلاثاء" لتقييم الرئاسة الفرنسية لمجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي: أهدافها، تجلياتها، وتأثيرها على الشراكة المغربية الأوروبية، مع حمزة مجاهد، باحث في العلاقات الدولية، مركز السياسات من أجل الجنوب الجديد. للمرة الأولى منذ 14 عامًا، تولت فرنسا أحد الحلفاء الرئيسيين للمغرب في الاتحاد الأوروبي رئاسة مجلس الاتحاد المُمثِّل لمصالح الدول الأعضاء الـ 27 أمام المفوضية والبرلمان الأوروبيين، خلفا لسلوفينيا، وذلك لمدة 6 أشهر ابتداءً من 1 يناير من العام الجاري إلى أواخر شهر يونيو. هذه الرئاسة الفرنسية جاءت في وقت يعرف تحديات كبيرة على رأسها كورونا وتداعياتها، وتعافي الاقتصاد الأوروبي والهجرة وتحديات أمنية مع دول جارة، علما انها ستتداخل أيضا مع الانتخابات الرئاسية الفرنسية التي ستجرى في أبريل، إضافة الى الانتخابات التشريعية في يونيو من نفس العام. نعود خلال هاته الحلقة إلى ماهية مجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي، نبذة عن الرئاسة الدَّورية للمجلس، وكدى الاهداف والإطار الذي تندرج فيه الرئاسة الفرنسية، مع التركيز بالخصوص على مدى تأثيرها على الشراكة المغربية الأوروبية، أسئلة وغيرها نناقشها مع حمزة مجاهد، باحث في العلاقات الدولية، مركز السياسات من أجل الجنوب الجديد.

Head – Research Valorization
Imane Lahrich is the Head of Research Valorization Department, having previously served as a Partnerships & Research Support Officer at the Policy Center for the New South since 2019. She mainly worked on security-development related projects. She has experience as a Project Manager in a Strategic Intelligence firm (2017-2019) and as a research consultant in the MENA region, focusing on international development and the Rule of Law. Imane Lahrich holds a Master's in Political Studies and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Mohammed V University of Rabat. She also participated in a one-year exchange program at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic under the EMMAG MUNDUS Excellence scholarship.     ...
