Teresa Danso-Danquah is the Manager of NextGen Initiatives at Disability:IN, where she leads career development programs for U.S. college students with disabilities
Previously, Teresa worked as a Field Organizer for Stacey Abrams’ Georgia gubernatorial campaign, and worked for three years at Capital One, where she was part of a development program for future leaders in HR. Teresa’s prior work includes youth employment in Hyderabad, India, therapeutic arts for girls in Cusco, Peru, civilian personnel policy at the Department of Defense, and disability policy for the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. Teresa is a 2014 Truman Scholar and a 2015 graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and a minor in Spanish.
