Sibahle Magadla is a Development Economist and career coach passionate about advancing Financial Inclusion, Job Creation, and Gender Equity in Africa. With a decade of experience across Private Sector, Academia, National Government, and International Donor Organizations, Sibahle has supported numerous projects at the nexus of Industrial Policy and Employment Promotion. She contributed to a UNDP flagship project on the Future of the Ethiopian Economy, drafting a chapter on women's employment outcomes and assessing the state of female entrepreneurship. Sibahle presented her findings at the 2022 UNDP Annual Development Conference in Addis Ababa. Additionally, she organized and moderated a panel session at the 2023 Women Deliver global conference in Kigali, Rwanda, titled "The Nexus of Women, Capital, and Entrepreneurship in Africa."
