Santiago Theoduloz is a Lawyer, a Notary Public that has more than 11 years of experience in the law field working actively as a lawyer, first at a Law Firm and now as a Partner in his own boutique Firm. Santiago is a Director of the Uruguayan Bar Association. He is also a Partner and the Strategy Director of the Bloomsbury Policy Group, a think-tank that works in the creation and development of evidence-base public policy for the development of Latin America. Santiago is also a Professor at the University of the Uruguayan Republic, at Universidad Andina Simón Bolivar and at Universidad de Montevideo. He holds a BA in International Relations (School of Law, University of the Uruguayan Republic), he also has a LLM from Queen Mary, University of London.
