Rafael Schmuziger

Rafael Schmuziger works at the intersection of new technologies and democracy, with experience in projects covering over 50 elections in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. His experience spans 11+ years working for civil society organizations, public sector consultancies, think tanks and the tech private sector – including working at Meta, Democracy Reporting International, the Dahrendorf Forum and as a Google Policy Fellow. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of São Paulo, and a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
