Patricia AHANDA is a Consultant and a French politician, expert on issues of equality, leadership and female entrepreneurship. She graduated in Political Sciences, Geopolitics, Law and Communication. She started in politics at the age of 16, becoming involved in the issue of youth participation in politics. In 2011, she joined François Hollande's presidential campaign team in the Campaign Management. In 2012, she joined the press and communication service within the Cabinet of the Minister of the Economy and Finance. From 2014 to 2020, she was elected Deputy Mayor in charge of digital development, the fight against the digital divide, training, professional integration in the Paris region, in the city of Champigny-sur-Marne which has 76,000 inhabitants.She was abble to develop the digital infrastructure of the city and initiatives for the training and professional integration of young people and job seekers. She is the founder of LYDEXPERIENCE, a leadership training and consulting platflorm.
Committed to the subjects of gender equality and female leadership, she has developed several initiatives and training courses in favor of female leadership and entrepreneurship in France and Africa: The Women Leadership Workshop, Women Leadership Business Brunch. In 2020, these initiatives obtain the label of UN Women and the Ministry in charge of gender equality in the framework of the Generation Equality forum. In 2020, she was appointed Young Researcher at UNESCO within the YAR program on the issue of access to education in the world. Committed to issues of international cooperation, diplomacy and multilateralism, she is co-founder of the ADELFOC association to promote partnerships between French elected officials and elected officials from the Cameroonian and African diaspora. Patricia AHANDA has received several distinctions and participated in several international programs: MIPAD - Most Influential People of African Descent Politics category 2019 - Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leader 2019 - Forbes Under 30 Summit Fellow - World Bank Youth Summit Fellow - Meeting Russia Alumni, Globsec Young Leader. In 2021, she founded POLEADHER - Politique - Leadership Pour Elle, an initiative to promote the participation of young women in politics.
