Natalie Delille is a visionary social equity advocate, recognized for her innovative approaches to leveraging technology and education to create lasting change for disadvantaged communities. At Visa, she drives strategic business planning to support the company’s mission of expanding financial inclusion globally. As the founder of DearSociety, a nonprofit focused on empowering underserved youth, Natalie works to provide access to education, mentorship, and scholarships to break cycles of poverty in her family’s hometown in Haiti. With a Master’s degree in AI Ethics & Society from the University of Cambridge, Natalie’s academic and professional work centers on the ethical implications of AI, particularly its potential for both societal benefit and harm.
