Lungile Mahluza

Lungile Mahluza is currently the chief of staff to the Deloitte Africa chief executive in Johannesburg, South Africa. Prior to this, she was a senior manager in the Deloitte Africa Consulting practice. 

Lungile’s areas of expertise include business model design, organization design and implementation, project management, and strategic change management. Lungile has consulted on a number of local and international projects, working with multi-cultural teams across a broad range of industries, to include financial services, health care, hospitality, oil and gas, and the public sector. Prior to joining Deloitte, Lungile was the information technology manager at World Vision in Swaziland.
