Luisa Fernanda is currently Programme Manager in the Cooperation section at the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Colombia. She is the Co-founder of Pioneros, a Think Tank that pursues innovation in politics and public service. Nowadays, she is also a Global Policy fellow at the Institute for Technology and Society of Rio di Janeiro, Brazil. Prior to this she was working in Costa Rica as the Regional Director of international development at ICA. Her previous professional experience includes special advisor on international development for the Ministry of Labor in Colombia; she was the creator and negotiator of the “Urban peace labs” between UN-Habitat and the Colombian Government. She has a law degree from Rosario University in Colombia and a Master’s degree from Ca’Foscari University of Venice in Italy.
