Lina Alaoui is currently a senior consultant in program risk management with Ernst & Young Advisory Services in Atlanta, Georgia. She is responsible for conducting independent program reviews for large IT implementations across multiple industries. She also conducts complexity and maturity assessment for IT projects and sales deals. Prior to this position, she was a senior consultant in telecommunications with Capgemini.
Lina managed business intelligence projects and business process improvement initiatives. She held key analyst roles in large IT systems implementations, customer experience improvement, and enterprise IT strategy initiatives. She also worked in mobile computing for Coca Cola Enterprises and healthcare manufacturing. Lina’s education includes a bachelor’s in computer science and a master’s in human computer interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Lina is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
