Katherine Hudak is a Junior Consultant at African Development Bank. Before that she served as a researcher for Kaiser Economic Development Partners, an economic research and strategy consultancy based in South Africa.
At Kaiser, she has worked on a variety of projects, including a recent World Bank initiative to increase local procurement in the mining industry in West Africa. Prior to this, Hudak was an associate with The Tony Elumelu Foundation, where she worked with the newly formed National Competitiveness Council of Nigeria to devise a plan for a new sub-national competitiveness index. Hudak holds a bachelor’s degree in French and business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a master’s of business administration in finance and healthcare management from The Johns Hopkins University.
