Jerome Cowans

Jerome Cowans is a Project Manager and Strategist working as Jamaica House Fellow in the Office of the Prime Minister - Jamaica. He manages the Government's flagship youth employment programme - HOPE, which engages thousands of young people in training and employment opportunities.

As a youth ambassador, he consults with several international youth bodies globally to aid different countries to progress their development agenda. Jerome also runs his social enterprise on the grass root level to keep a connection with what the youth on the ground are facing. He has been recognized by The Mandela Family, former President Barack Obama and Her Majesty the Queen of England for his work.
