Hugo Passarello Luna is a photographer and multimedia journalist. He has been awarded the Eiffel Scholar in France, the Global Citizenship Award in Canada, and the Daniel Pearl Prize from the Wall Street Journal, Europe. His photos have been displayed in the Art Museum of the Americas with a special acknowledgment in Washington, DC in 2012.
Additionally, he has been awarded by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) for the photo exhibition “Women Count.” Before beginning his professional career in journalism and photography, he founded Argentina Elections, a leading informative website on elections. This website was nominated by Politics Online and World e-Gov Forum as one of the top ten websites changing the world of internet and politics.
