Goodiel C. Moshi

Goodiel Moshi is currently the ICT Director at the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. Prior to this, he was the head of the Department of Telecommunications and Networks at the College of Informatics and Virtual Education at the same University.

Dr Moshi has a Ph.D on ICT Business and Economic Policy at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. He was awarded the best policy brief award at the Communications Policy Research South (CPRsouth) Conference in 2016. He is on the Rector’s list at the United Nations University, Tokyo. As well, he has authored and co-authored nine technical reports and academic papers. His areas of interest include but not limited to financial inclusion, ICT investments, youth empowerment, and ICT access and usage.
