Fabian Vaca is currently the Executive Director of Enseña Ecuador, an NGO that is part of the global Teach for All network. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ), and he is certified by the executive program in Nonprofit Management from Harvard University.
Fabian has been a speaker at local and international events, including the World Entrepreneurship Forum in Lyon, The Harvard Initiative for Latin American Relations, and the International Teachers’ Forum in Saudi Arabia.
He was recognized as a young leader of Ecuador in 2022. Fabian is an Ambassador of the global initiative One Young World and a member of the Global Advisory Council for Teach for All.
