Chris Zhou is an advisor to the Canadian Minister of Small Business, where he leads the development of Canada’s entrepreneurship and innovation policies. He previously served as an advisor to the Canadian Minister of International Trade; in that role, Chris managed Canada’s free trade negotiations with the United Kingdom and with Ukraine. Chris is passionate about economic development and international trade.
