Ayoub Benfdila is currently Program Officer at the Moroccan-American Commission for Educational and Cultural Exchange. Previously, he managed the "SheHasAccess" program, mentoring 60 girls, focusing on empowerment through sports and entrepreneurship, and served as Project Manager of "Alumni_Covid-19_Grant", leading Moroccan teams to address pressing issues caused by the pandemic. He was also Brand Content and Project Manager at Medialaoui Agency, and was responsible for communications for DigiGirlz Morocco. Additionally, he was the founder of "Hakiiifach", impacting over 1,000 individuals, decentralizing access to educational opportunities, and addressing unemployment. He holds two master’s degrees, including one in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Nottingham as a Chevening Scholar, and has benefited from prestigious exchange programs, including one at Georgetown University.
