Amilcar Romero (Peru) is an international attorney at law graduated from the University of Strasbourg. He worked for the United Nations, the Organization of American States, and other major international organizations in good governance and human rights. He is the founder & president at The Ankawa Global Group, Global Action Tank, based in Peru.
