Ali Belhaj Zahi is an entrepreneur and Tech enthusiast. He is a Co-founder and CEO at Evocraft, a Startup working on including Technology in Education and manufacturing the next-generation of Robots through the use of new technologies such as 3D Printing and Laser cutting.
He holds a mechatronics engineering Diploma, a Professional Master’s Degree in Industrial and manufacturing Engineering from the National Engineering School of Sousse and a Mini MBA in General Management from the International Management Institute of New Delhi-India.
He has been recognized the “Top 10 Startuppers” in Startup Istanbul 2018 event, the “Startupper of the year 2019” by Total and the “Top 5 Entrepreneurs of the Maghreb Region” that their companies are shaping the Fourth Industrial Revolution in 2019, by the World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa. He is now bringing his Tunisia-based startup, EVOCRAFT, to a global scale.
He has worked on multiple national and international projects and has participated in many challenges. He won several prizes in the fields of Business and Entrepreneurship such as the 1st prize in Tunisia Entrepreneurship 2016, the 1st prize in 48Hours Countdown Hackathon 2017, the 1st prize in SAMSUNG Fast Track 2018 and he is winner in Souk Attanmia African Development Bank Programme 2018.
Further, he has participated in many international events such as the Michelangelo Workshop in Italy 2015, the Visualize 2030 Hackathon in Lebanon 2017 and he was a Speaker in the ArabNet Beirut Conference 2019. He has contributed in working on multiple sustainable development goals in the fields of Education, Health Care and Climate Change.
